As we are spending more time at home, due to the Coronavirus, everyone is figuring out a way to combine private life and work in one living space: our homes. We would like to share a few suggestions that could help you create a positive and clear mind in this new situation we find ourselves in.
What to do?
During times like these being able to see each other via video calling is a great way to stay in touch with our loved ones. However, sending a postcard can also brighten up someone’s day. ‘Bloom your message’ designs cards that you can plant in soil, in no time flowers or plants will grow. A 2 in 1 present, how great is that?! On top of this, now is the time to plant your flowers and veggies. You can find the different postcards in our webshop under ‘homeware’ - ‘stationery’. So grab a pen and let’s start writing!
What to eat?
A varied and balanced diet is always recommended. Especially in this crisis situation our immune system could use a helping hand. If you are looking for tips and tricks to give your immune system a boost, you may find Alexander Gershberg’s blog about creating a strong immune system helpful. You can find the blog here. Additionally, he is also available for an online consultation about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. What to do during a break?
Our current living situation may unleash new feelings, some not always as positive as you wish them to be. This can affect your mood during the day. Yoga can be a tool to help you reach a balanced mind set in uncertain times like these. Take time during the day for a mind nourishing break. Check out this YouTube channel by ‘Yoga with Adriene,’ focused on yoga sequences for uncertain times. Click here for the link to YouTube. Enjoy!
