How to return?
+ You can return the items within 30 days from the order date, except for jewellery & gift cards. Returning costs are at your expense. If you want to replace an item, we will send the replacing item to you for free for orders within Europe. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
+ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
+ To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase, together with the return slip.

Return in store
In case you wish to return your item(s) in store, we are more than happy to receive you and process the return from there. Simply bring the item(s) you would like to return to one of our stores and provide us your name or the order number that starts with a #.
Returns from purchases in store
If you wish to return an item you bought in one of our stores, you can bring the item back to our store within 14 days. Please note returns of purchases in store will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher not to your bank account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item(s) included its hangtag and was unworn, your refund will be processed, and transferred to your account, within 30 days. Please note the initial shipping costs paid will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or another, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:
We will send you the exchanging item(s) for free within Europe. Outside Europe the shipping costs of the exchange are to be paid by the customer.
Shipping your return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
