Yes our stores have opened once again, however we do have different opening hours which you can find here.
We have of course taken the necessary measurements to keep our store a safe space for our customers and staff.
Online orders are processed from Wednesday to Saturday. In addition our carrier might take a bit longer to get your order to you.

Yes, in case you wish to pick up your order please add a note to your order and sent us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which store you would like to visit.
We always want to sort out any issues with faulty items as soon as possible. As soon as you have discovered the fault, please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We may have sent your items in multiple parcels. In this case you have also received multiple track & trace links.
If an item is missing please send an email to email@example.com with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can!
Within Europe you will receive your package within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19 your parcel might take longer to arrive than usual.
Orders outside Europe may take up to 10 days to be received.
You will receive a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email of your order.

Yes you can! Please change the shipping address to the address where the gift should be delivered and keep the billing address to your own. Simply add a note to your cart mentioning it is a gift, before placing the order.
Returns & refunds
Yes, you can return the items within 14 days from the receiving date, except for jewellery & gift cards. Please note return costs are at your expense.

Yes, we are more than happy to receive your return in one of our stores. Simply bring the item(s) you would like to return to one of our stores and provide us your name or the order number that starts with a #.
If you wish to exchange an item online we are more than happy to assist you. Simply send us an email to email@example.com and we will arrange the exchange for you.
Please note the return cost of the item bought initially are for you, however we will send you the replacement item for free.
As soon as we have recieved your return, we will initiate the refund process.
Please note we try to process refunds as soon as possible however as this is a manual process it may take up to 30 days.
