3. How long does it take to receive my order?
We send your order within 3 working days. If it takes longer than one week to send your order, we will contact you. The duration of the transport depends on the distance. In Europe, it will take approximately 5 days and outside Europe 10 days.
4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within Europe.
Shipping costs are €15,- by a purchase less than €250,-.
Shipping costs are free by a purchase of €250,- or more.
5. How can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal, Stripe and Paypal, also if you wish to pay with Visa or Mastercard.
6. Can I return the items?
Yes, you can return the items within 14 days from the order date, except for jewellery, gift cards and sale items. Returning costs are at your expense. If you want to replace an item, we will send the replacing item to you for free. Go to the return page for instructions.
7. Do I get my money back?
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacing item, we will return the amount minus the transport costs as soon as possible, but within not more than 30 days after the return.
