Returns + Exchanges
Not totally satisfied with your purchase? That’s a pity! But don’t worry, because you can return or exchange our products easily. Below you’ll find all information about our return and exchange policy.
- Returning your item(s) is possible within 14 days from the receiving date
- If 14 days have gone by since your receiving date, returning or exchanging items is not possible anymore.
- Jewellery, gift cards or sales items cannot be returned.*
- Shipping is free, but the costs of shipping a return are at your own expense. Return costs are non-refundable.*
- If you want to return or exchange, your item has to be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item(s) you wish to return are your responsibility till the moment we receive them. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore, we recommend you to send the items by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage.
To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase, together with the return slip (you’ll receive the return slip together with your order). The return address is:

- If you want to change your item(s) for a different colour or size, please send an email to: email@example.com and send your item(s) to the address mentioned earlier.
- We will send you the exchanging item(s) for free.
- Once your return is received, we will inspect it and send you an email to confirm that we received your returned item and to inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return item is approved, then your refund will be processed and transferred to your bank account within 30 days.
- If we receive the returned item in an inappropriate condition, the refund won’t be approved and the item(s) will be sent back to you.
Late or missing refunds
- The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days. If you haven’t received your refund within these 30 days, contact your credit card company or bank because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or missing items
- If the item(s) we send you are missing or damaged, please send an email to: email@example.com.
- If the item(s) are damaged when delivered, you can send them back and if they are in stock, we send you new item(s). If these are not in stock, you’ll get full refund. In case items are damaged, return costs will be refunded.
- If the item(s) are missing when delivered, we send you new items. If these are not in stock, you’ll receive full refund.
